I've personally never had a problem visiting here. I get help soon as I walk through the door. When I ordered my birthday cake online, it was ready on time and delicious
Love the icecream. However the workers never seem happy. Come on your sales are in icecream, the thing that makes everyone smiles. I hope this five star makes them happier. Wish them happiness this year
The young man who waited on me was very attentive and very nice. He was so patient with all the questions I was asking. Once I made my choice he was great at serving my order to me without showing any signs of discomfort. He was truly what most businesses are looking to hire and I wish him well in his career.
Came here after a big cheeseburger at 5 guys, so I was pretty full..... And, I'm lactose intolerent. Two wrongs don't make a right, but I have a banana split every once in awhile. An Awesome banana split. Friendly staff. Clean. I like it.
I’ve visited this location several times and have had a wonderful experience each time. Baskin-Robbins N. Carrollton has a cordial staff who are very engaged and welcoming (and generous with the scoop portions ;)). The location is great as it is in proximity of a variety of retail and restaurants.
I love this location! I work around the corner and every so often, we will treat ourselves to some BR. Everyone there has always been so nice, especially the manager and cake decorator. Highly recommend!

Good service, good ice cream. Pricey but good. I had praline and cream. Awesome. My daughter had very berry strawberry. Her favorite.
